Dear Walsall Resident,
Have you ever asked yourself:
Before joining The Team Workout, I was lacking motivation and confidence and thinking that taking time to work on myself was selfish because I was a mom.
I think as you get older your friendship group sort of gets smaller but coming to TTW opened it up if that makes sense.
Now training makes me happy therefore l’m a happier person which makes me a better mom.
My friend persuaded me to give it a try as she loved it. I was so nervous before my first session, Especially as l’d had bad experiences in the gym, but everyone made me feel really welcome and Paul was really encouraging. Straight away I was hooked! In my first 3 months I dropped 3 dress sizes, Improved my confidence, Gained strength and felt more energised. This has continued along my 10 year journey where l’ve tried things I never thought I would and been able to do things I never would have had the confidence or strength to do before. Never did I think I would be strong enough to deadlift twice my own body weight or throw myself round a Tough Mudder course, all of this is down to Paul and what he has created.
Since joining working out for me has become essential, helping me to stay not just physically fit and healthy but helping my mental health too. Paul has created a truly unique workout environment and I’m so glad I plucked up the courage to start and continue my fitness journey at The Team Workout.
As a parent it’s important for me to stay fit and healthy to inspire my children to do the same. Thank you to Paul for creating this amazing place to be.
You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.
This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
